This is not a problem, just get in touch with HegartyMaths support at contact@hegartymaths.com and let us know the name of the student. We'll merge the student's accounts so all their work appears under the same account.
A classic symptom of this issue is when you find the student is unable to see the tasks you are setting, or perhaps the student says they have logged in and done work, but you can't see it.
